it's no fringe movement.

Just got this email concerning the 910 Group:
Forwarded from Steve & Jack...Friday, December 1, 2006
Friends: We are thrilled to see so many people from all over the world registerwith our Yahoo account and/or our bulletin board. We know that all ofyou have an interest in preserving civilization.
That, by the way, is the name we have chosen to call ourselves: The Coalition to PreserveWestern Civilization. It is apparent to us that a formal group will need to be formed, so we have met with a number of individuals about funding (by the way, ifyou know of some wealthy individuals or foundations we should bemeeting with, shoot us an email!).
One important meeting was with thePhilanthropy Roundtable, which is a coalition of over 500 large donorsto charitable and educational causes. This group has hired a staffmember to focus solely on convincing many of America's largest donors and foundations to start funding anti-Jihadist activities. That's a big breakthrough and we are busy preparing a grant proposal to besubmitted to some of these foundations.
We have also made contact with an attorney to form a 501 C3 and C4groups, which means we will have a educational arm and an arm that isallowed to be politically active such as lobbying for or against legislation.
We haven't totally fleshed out how this is all going to work, but the
general consensus of the organizing committee is that we want to work
in coordination with existing groups worldwide. We want to help them do their job better. We want to work on getting the donor community involved with all these groups and, in general, educate the public as to the threat that civilization faces.
Tonight, we were at a meeting with Ayaan Hirsi Ali, the brave formerpolitician from Holland who has taken the lead in that country confronting radical Islam. She was thrilled with what we are doing and wants to be involved. There were also people in attendance from a group that focuses solely on energy independence, which is one of our main goals. This group has documented what we all know: oil revenues fund terrorism, via the Saudis and others. This group has bills before Congress which will expedite the alternative energy movement and they too want to be part of our coalition.
Lastly, we have set up a meeting with a former U.S. Senator to see if he is willing to be one of our spokesman. We don't want to reveal his name yet, but he is VERY knowledgeable about the Islamic threat andwould give our group a lot of credibility. All and all, it hasn'tbeen too bad of a week. From time to time, we will send out messages like this to keep you all informed.

Steve Baldwin & Jack Wheeler

google those two names--very interesting (and credible) people!
