You might as well piss on their graves

SMH - Relatives of those killed in the 1988 Lockerbie bombing have expressed outrage at the release of the only man convicted of the crime as he returned to Libya to a hero's welcome. Victims' families lined up to condemn Scotland's decision to release terminally ill Abdel Baset al-Megrahi on compassionate grounds, recoiling at images of a flag-waving crowd greeting the 57-year-old in Tripoli.

Daily Mail - As thousands cheered, Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi was escorted down the steps of his plane by Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi, son of the Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi. ...... Yesterday Megrahi, who is dying of cancer, was freed on compassionate grounds by Scottish Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill. The decision was bitterly condemned by relatives of many of the 270 victims of the bombing and branded a mistake by President Barack Obama. Mr Obama said his government had told Libya there must be no celebration for Megrahi.

......There was angry contempt for Mr MacAskill, who spent 24 minutes delivering his decision. He admitted Megrahi had shown no compassion to his victims, but added: 'That alone is not a reason for us to deny compassion to him and his family in his final days. He said the Libyan has only months to live and 'now faces justice from a higher power ... he is going to die'.

Forget angry contempt and all that, he should consider himself lucky to be tarred and feathered and tossed into the nearest sea. I really hope this is the tipping point for the Brits, this dhimmitude, appeasement and blatant ass-licking has gone too far; that the Brits wake up and do what must be done.

Take back your nation before there is nothing left to take back.
