"P" is for paranoia

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez should be as happy as a socialist at a Kyoto street rally. He has almost anything a leader could want - popular support, little opposition, a strong economy and with his brand new "mother law" virtually unlimited powers to create sweeping changes across all sectors of Venezuelan life. But all is not well in Chavezland.
President Hugo Chavez on Sunday said he believes enemies including the CIA are out to kill him, and called U.S. diplomat John Negroponte a "professional killer."

Chavez said Venezuelan officials have intelligence that associates of jailed Cuban anti-communist militant Luis Posada Carriles also are involved in plotting to assassinate him.
I wonder if he drinks his Kool-Aid straight up?
